Tim did a thorough inspection of new house that I’m purchasing. After his inspection we went through house together and showed and explained everything he found. Priced very reasonable.

Overlooked mold and foundation issues, and that’s just what we’ve found in the first month of living in our home. Looking forward to any other surprises he just happened to leave out. Can’t possibly imagine this being our realtors first and best choice for a home inspector.

Tim walked through the house in detail and answered every question I had. I love getting details and having someone go through everything with me and I felt comfortable that I fully understood what I shoud expect when buying the house. I highly recommend!

His reviews looked decent, and we appreciated that he was able to fit us in on short notice. Unfortunately, hiring him turned out to be a poor decision. During the inspection, he did not spend sufficient time or care, and there were several important issues he failed to identify. These included visible cracks in the foundation wall and a leaking toilet drain leading down to the basement. Both of these were later found by contractors we brought in after the purchase. One contractor even advised us to contact Tim to have him address the missed issues, but he did not respond to our attempts to reach him. The contractor also stated that we would have grounds to pursue legal action. In the end, the repairs were not extremely costly, and we opted to have a handyman resolve them rather than pursue the matter further. However, the experience was disappointing. We are sharing this review simply to give future clients more information. If you choose to work with this inspector, I would recommend being present, asking detailed questions, and making sure all areas are
